BUS CONNECTIONS
There are multiple bus services traveling to Edinburgh daily. Most buses to Edinburgh arrive at the Edinburgh bus station (13-14 Multrees Walk, Edinburgh EH1 3DQ) in the city center.
TRAINS
There are fast and frequent services to Edinburgh from major UK cities. LNER runs along the east coast from London, York and Newcastle, while Avanti West Coast runs along the west coast from London, Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Carlisle. The Transpennine Express runs from Manchester to Edinburgh. Lumo trains run from London and Newcastle, but less frequently than LNER.
There are two train stations in the city: Edinburgh Haymarket (west of the city center, 10-15 minutes walk from the Sheraton) and Edinburgh Waverley (city center, east end of Princes Street, 20 minutes walk from the Sheraton). For searching train times and tickets, see e.g. Trainline.
FLIGHTS
Edinburgh Airport is situated 5 miles (8 km) to the west of Edinburgh. Travelling from the airport to the city centre takes around 30 minutes.

There are a variety of options for accommodation in Edinburgh. There is no provision for block-booked rooms with conference rates, so we recommend booking early if possible. Below we've listed a few options for accommodation near the conference venue and/or the University of Edinburgh Central Area.
